Why teach at MESA
Small school, big mission
At MESA, teachers know every student and every family. You will work alongside experienced Judaic and General Studies principals who mentor teachers, guide curriculum development and champion instructional excellence.
A team that grows together
Our administration has a track record of professional development, hands-on training and coaching new teachers, and of retaining great educators. We plan across Judaic and General Studies, so your classroom is part of one connected program.
Rooted in values
Our six core values of Emuna, Zionism, Unity, Sense of Family, Nejabaat and Chesed guide how we treat our students and each other.
